Durante seus estudos, voc\u00ea pode ter aprendido que o coaching \u00e9 um mercado em crescimento e que mais e mais pessoas est\u00e3o se abrindo para a possibilidade de serem Coaches &#8211; seja por prop\u00f3sitos pessoais (para atingir metas de vida e ambi\u00e7\u00f5es) ou profissionais.<\/p>\n<p>Mas e a &#8220;experi\u00eancia&#8221;? Responda: se voc\u00ea quer se tornar um coach de neg\u00f3cios, quais ind\u00fastrias ou nichos empresariais voc\u00ea vai segmentar? Que experi\u00eancias voc\u00ea tem nessas ind\u00fastrias?<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea pode ter ouvido que, como Coach, n\u00e3o precisa de experi\u00eancias espec\u00edficas do setor ou que n\u00e3o precisa saber nada sobre o neg\u00f3cio de seus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m o fato \u00e9 que a maioria das empresas est\u00e3o procurando treinadores com experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea. Agora, n\u00e3o estou negando que n\u00e3o ter experi\u00eancia em um determinado campo pode ser uma vantagem, mas vamos ser honestos aqui, <strong>voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 enfrentando diariamente o desafio da REJEI\u00c7\u00c3O, simplesmente porque voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem experi\u00eancia<\/strong>.
